📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Backup and restore data to ensure business continuity.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.,Ensure the security of the company's IT systems, including implementing security policies and procedures.,Coordinate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.,Document IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.,Knowledge of IT security best practices and standards.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
