📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products,Work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure that it is clear, concise, and user-friendly,Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to create user guides and other materials,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
