🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-end hotels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Hold a relevant degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in hospitality management or leadership is a plus.
