📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.,Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to improve food quality and efficiency.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
