📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the design process and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior designers to improve their skills.
  • Creating visually appealing and on-brand graphic designs for various projects.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and requirements.
  • Conducting design reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Staying updated with the latest design trends and tools.
  • Ensuring all designs meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Managing design assets and maintaining a design library.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record in leading design projects.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and innovative approach to design.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media design trends.
