📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to integrate ME systems into office interior designs
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the proper installation of ME systems
• Provide technical advice and support to clients throughout the design and build process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ME systems and interior design
• Prepare cost estimates and project proposals for clients
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Mentor and train junior team members in ME systems and interior design

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in ME systems and interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Certification in LEED or other relevant green building certifications is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
