📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment, including but not limited to refrigerators, ovens, grills, and dishwashers.,Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance of equipment.,Order and install replacement parts as needed.,Conduct regular inspections to prevent potential breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to address any equipment-related issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in restaurant equipment maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanic in a restaurant or similar environment.,Knowledge of various types of restaurant equipment and their maintenance requirements.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic electrical knowledge.Familiarity with common tools and equipment used in mechanical repairs.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.Time management and organizational skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
