Root New Cemerlang is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and ready for use. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and ready for use.,Schedule and dispatch vehicles for employees and clients, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Track and manage fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring cost-efficient operations.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of their routes and responsibilities.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
