Future Electronics Inc (Distribution) Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our HR functions, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and support its growth and success.,Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Oversee the implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Proven experience in leading and managing HR functions in a multinational or international company.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.
