Accounting & Tax Officer - Financial and Tax Compliance Specialist

As part of the finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

In this role, you will work closely with the finance and tax departments to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. You will also be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns, and ensuring that the company is in compliance with all applicable tax laws. Additionally, you will provide financial analysis and reporting to support the company’s strategic planning and decision-making processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support the company’s strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Work closely with the finance and tax departments to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
