📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans.,Support the marketing team in conducting market research and competitor analysis.,Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including promotional activities, events, and social media campaigns.,Assist in managing and maintaining marketing databases and CRM systems.,Provide support to the marketing team in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing manager.,Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient use of resources.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives and support overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.,Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems and social media platforms.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
