Depot Indra Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Department Head to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our department. As a Department Head, you will play a crucial role in driving our department's success and contributing to the overall growth of Depot Indra Restaurant.

This is a full-time position located in Ubud, Bali. The salary range for this role is Rp 18.000.000 – Rp 27.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of employees to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Overseeing the department's daily activities and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Monitoring departmental performance and providing regular reports to management.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the overall success of the restaurant.
  • Representing the department and the company at internal and external events and meetings.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a similar discipline).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving departmental and organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
