📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting the Sales Manager in managing the sales team and achieving sales targets.
• Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Maintaining and growing the customer database and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Organizing and participating in sales meetings, presentations, and events.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and providing regular updates to the Sales Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and ION Sentosa's products and services is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
