📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and meet customer requirements.,Monitor production schedules and implement corrective actions to address any delays or issues.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of production.,Develop and implement improvement strategies to enhance production processes.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and techniques.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures.,Understanding of ERP or production management software is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
