📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and supervise the crew, providing guidance and support to ensure their well-being and performance.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including route planning, fuel management, and cargo handling.,Maintain and inspect the vessel's equipment and systems, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Handle emergency situations, including fire, medical, and security incidents, following established procedures.,Monitor and report on vessel performance, including fuel consumption, speed, and any mechanical issues.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and practices, including waste management and pollution prevention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MM) or equivalent.,Good knowledge of navigation, ship handling, and maritime regulations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Familiarity with ECDIS and other modern navigation systems.,Experience in cargo operations and port handling is a plus.,Knowledge of safety management systems and risk assessment.
