📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage land surveying projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align surveying activities with project objectives.
• Train and mentor junior surveyors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Utilize advanced surveying tools and software, such as AutoCAD, SurvCE, and Trimble Business Center, to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of surveying operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in land surveying.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive survey reports, including detailed measurements, maps, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Land Acquisition team to support the overall success of land development projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, with a proven track record of leading surveying teams.
• Certification as a Land Surveyor from the Indonesian Institute of Surveyors (IIS) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using surveying software and tools, including AutoCAD, SurvCE, and Trimble Business Center.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
