📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the clinic's cash flow, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, addressing their inquiries and concerns.,Process payments, refunds, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other documentation.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure they meet the clinic's standards and guidelines.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.,Handle cash handling duties, including counting, depositing, and reconciling cash.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or financial role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions, accounting principles, and cash handling procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial software and tools is a plus.,Ability to train and supervise junior staff.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
