📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to provide excellent service to our customers.,Manage the inventory and ordering of food and beverages, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the F&B service area.,Ensure that all food and beverage service complies with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of the F&B service.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that the F&B service is aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.,Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with other departments.
