📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to share best practices and address any concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare facility.,Certification in advanced nursing practices (e.g., ACLS, BLS, PALS).,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
