📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulations.,Manage a team of pharmacists and assistants to maintain high service standards.,Ensure the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing and administration.,Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to customers and healthcare professionals.,Monitor inventory levels and order new medications as needed.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate records of all pharmacy transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Experience in managing a team and overseeing daily operations.,Certification in advanced pharmacy practice (preferred).
