The Lead Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tea processing facilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the tea processing facilities.,Ensure the quality and consistency of the tea products.,Train and mentor junior technicians and staff.,Maintain and repair machinery and equipment.,Monitor and control production processes to meet quality standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of production areas.,Manage inventory and procurement of raw materials and supplies.,Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the tea processing industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of tea processing techniques and quality control standards.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in using relevant software and tools for production management.,Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
