JUNCTION Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Waitress to join our team in Blitar, Jawa Timur. As a Lead Waitress, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our dining area, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the operations of the dining area, ensuring that all staff members are trained and performing at their best.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and restrooms.
  • Manage inventory and ensure that all supplies are stocked and used efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints and conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Train and mentor new staff members to ensure that they are up to date on all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the dining area.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure that all orders are prepared and delivered promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
