Fast Den Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet in Yogyakarta. We are seeking a professional who can manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while managing our outlet effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Organize and participate in promotional events and activities.,Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or F&B industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with remote management tools and software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Understanding of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
