📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Manage and train a team of staff, including waiters, chefs, and kitchen staff.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and control inventory and food costs to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Plan and organize events and promotions to increase revenue.
  • Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid food safety and hygiene certification.
