Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal product availability.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve branch targets and contribute to overall company growth.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
