📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the health center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Coordinate and supervise the work of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage and maintain patient records and medical files.,Organize and schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of health center policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Previous experience in a similar role within a healthcare facility is a plus.
