📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage enterprise transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Analyze and understand our clients' business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.,Design and develop system solutions that align with our clients' business objectives and meet their specific needs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge and competitive.,Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, to ensure project success and client satisfaction.,Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis, with a proven track record of leading enterprise transformation projects.,Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.,Proficiency in system analysis and design tools, such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.,Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is a plus.
