📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and presentations.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Understanding of software development processes and terminology.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
