📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and administer HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to improve workplace satisfaction.
• Facilitate communication between management and employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Organize and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the safety team to implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade unions and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRGA, with a focus on industrial relations.
• Certification in HR management or industrial relations is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and other HR software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Experience in the mining industry is a significant advantage.
