📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and other warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock levels and ensure timely deliveries.
- Lead and mentor the warehouse team to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in inventory management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Proficient in using SAP and other warehouse management systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in Inventory Management (CIIM) or similar is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
