📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and cargo handling.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient shipment processing.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to manage and optimize freight operations.
• Monitor and analyze freight costs, performance metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including international trade laws and customs procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the logistics and supply chain management industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
