📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff members, providing training and development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory and supply chain to maintain optimal stock levels
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies
• Handle customer complaints and ensure exceptional customer service
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with the head office to implement new initiatives and improve processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Point of Sale (POS) software
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
