📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional table service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our dining areas
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Promote our menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction
• Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with Japanese cuisine is a plus
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
